Shipping & Returns

 

Since some of our products are made with Hemp Seed Oil, we are prohibited from shipping ANYTHING to the following states:

Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, or South Dakota.

Hemp seed oil has 0% THC and has no more than trace amounts of CBD.

Our orders are ready to ship in 1-3 business days. 

 

USPS Priority Mail (3-7 Business Days)
Orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesday and Friday's.

Processing Time

  • All shipments are processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day
  • You are responsible for all custom charges. If we ship a package and it is lost - we will not be able to refund you or re-ship your package. Please know the reliability of your local postal system or ask us to upgrade to a guaranteed provider. 
  • Please help us get your order to you. Please double check your shipping address. It's easier to double check and have your package arrive safely.
  • Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays
  • Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Carl's Handmade Soap is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. 
  • Lost/Undeliverable Package/Refused
    • If the customer package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fee. If package is lost the customer will need to contact USPS to submit a claim. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Because bath and body products are a personal care product, We do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate solution. We do not refund the purchase cost based on personal taste, such as scent, color, or texture. We try our best to describe the scents based on the descriptions provided by the fragrance oil and essential oil manufacturer and what we think of them when we smell them.

If you have any allergic reactions to foods or products, please be aware of your allergies and look at our ingredients list carefully.
